Electric vehicles are not just a wise choice environmentally but also economically. We can also offer you an extensive range of finance deals to make your choice even easier. Finance packages can be tailored to your individual needs with affordable monthly payments.

order process

Electric cars and scooters may be available from stock or to order. Customer orders can be secured with a deposit payable by bank transfer or cheque. EV Stores regrets that it currently does not take payment for vehicles by credit card. Vehicle orders are contractual and the terms and conditions are explained on the vehicle order form which is shared with you before your deposit and order are confirmed. Electric cars, scooters and bikes are covered by a manufacturers' warranty which vary from product to product but are usually for two years and cover parts and labour. All vehicles are handed to our customers in person with a comprehensive hand-over procedure to make sure the customer understands the operation and service reqirements for the vehicle.

merchandise: payment and refunds

Parts and merchandise (including skateboards and similar 'unregistered' items) are available direct from our showroom in Park Lane or our service centre. All regular payment methods are accepted including all major credit cards. If there's a fault you can bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase and we will give you a replacement or a refund. If you've had the product for up to 1 year, it will be returned to the manufacturer for repair the product or, if that's not possible, we will give you a replacement, or if that is not possible, a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

privacy policy

EV Stores have registered with the Information Commissioner as required by the Data Protection Act under the template of a 'Motor Trader'. Customer date stored is limited to data essential for the sales, delivery, registration and servicing of vehicles sold and/or serviced by EV Stores. Data for marketing purposes is only collected with the customers permission and is used only by EV Stores ltd or its contractors for EV Stores' promotion. No financial customer data is stored other than is neccessary for a transaction and is immediately destroyed when the transaction is complete.
